Nothing has been fixed in any of the last dozen or so betas, so I don't understand how they're putting out an RC for 16.5.
If nothing’s changing there won’t be a newer build.
Just know that a software will never be completely bug-free and the fixes go in order of severity and how prevalent something is. You may see a fix if either the team deems it worthy of their resources or if it gets fixed by accident.

Having to tap multiple times on the notification count to get it to actually expand is severe.

Having the first tab be unresponsive in Private Browsing is severe.

Having Music crash CarPlay every single time you try to initiate playback from your head unit is severe.

As I explained before it also has to be prevalent enough to qualify for an actual bug not a one-off that could be resolved with a restore. There are millions of devices that creates practically infinite configs and they’d have procedures in place to aggregate the reports and raise the severity level if it’s prominent enough. With a few hundred developers and ever growing complexity of the iOS chasing the new features-train unfortunately some customers are gonna be left disappointed.
In the end it’s still a business and you won’t be seeing any more resources put into it than they need to.

Tabs works fine.

CarPlay crashed last year for me.

Notifications works fine. Haven’t even experienced the square corners thing.

So as an Ip14pro users, it’s all sailing from what you’re experiencing. Not rubbing that in. Just some perspective from another user.

Have you done a restore or was it that you had too much music to risk doing that? (Might not have been you)
