And by the way ancient iPad Mini 2 (2014) fired up and gets a security update to 12.5.7? Take that Android.
FWIW, that update was released in January and - despite hoping that Apple would release another iOS 12 update alongside these ones - 12.5.7 may be the last update. With that being said, 12.5.7 was released about a month after the other iOS/iPadOS updates that addressed the same WebKit vulnerability (15.7.2/16.2) so I suppose there's still a chance that that another iOS 12 update is in the works.

I haven’t booted that up in over a year and was astounded an update was there. Seldom used though. Paying more attention to it now.
 
Safari 16.6 for Monterey and Big Sur has been re-released.
