So limited what we can do in terms of lockscreen customisation. Would've thought Apple would give us more to do, change colours for individual widgets etc.
Possible. There is a Developer Mode that reduce security under Privacy and Security
Yep. And vice versa. If you add a wallpaper to customize your lock screen, it also changes the Home Screen Wallpaper. Currently no option to override this behavior or choose separate wallpapers.
we can't even change 2 buttons for flash light and camera so much for change
There is also a Apple Watch screen mirroring option in the Settings that allows you to control your watch screen with your iPhone, might reguire you to run beta watchOS though.

What! As much as I like the new wallpaper options? I’m kind of sad that they got rid of the old…. Specifically, it seems like you can’t have a separate home screen and lock screen wallpaper anymore. 
im not no, the whole keynote was terrible, no interactive widgets so still useless, can't remove home bar, Home Screen looks same not even new icons nothing fresh, im never even in the Lock Screen, they really didn't do anything people want, no split screen etc, apple app hasn't changed sorry but you can't say they updates are wow

in itunes when I go to update to ios 16 with ipsw it tells me that I have to have the latest version of the program to do it, and I already have the latest version. I have used the betas of ios 13, 14 and 15 since the first one and I have never come across these restrictions to update with the ipsw file without being a developer. and since I'm in the 15.6 beta, I don't think it's appropriate to upload another beta from a beta haha I'll have to wait I guess.

You can. You have to make sure the relevant lock screen is selected, and doesn't have a Focus mode associated with it (you can put a focus mode back after you've made the change), then go into Wallpaper settings, then click the home-screen one (the one on the right) and change it as you wish.What! If you want to change the home-screen associated with another of your lock-screens you need to make sure that lock-screen is selected first, then go into settings etc.
As for widgets, you can change the line above the clock (not many options, but I guess it'll improve), and the box below the clock can hold 2-4 widgets depending on their size. They look a bit rubbish at the moment, but it's beta 1 after all.
