The update wasn’t showing for me until I turned mobile data on. Even though I was connected to Wi-Fi with full signal. If that helps anybody.

try a HARD restart or might need to add them again in your installs case.

I still have them.

weird. They disappeared and it wouldn't let me hold down the screen to customize, it wouldn't even let me change the wallpaper in the settings menu, it would crash settings when I tried. A quick reboot fixed it.
