Excited for that new Lock Screen

I absolutely agree; it’s all I been thinking about. I seen in another article that it appears you can change the font for the Lock Screen as well. I hope the ability to change the font style applies to the overall font on the iPhone itself with this upcoming update.

Anybody figure out how to have a focus mode on and customize the wallpaper on the home screen? I don’t want my dynamic wallpaper to be the same on my home and lockscreen when in focus mode.

I’ve had translate app deleted, but when I downloaded it from App Store again I didn’t have additional languages how to ensure I have beta version of the translate app? Ofc I’m on beta 2.

Does the Astronomy Lock Screen have limited compatibility? It’s not showing up on my XR (at least in Beta 1)

Update it to Beta 2, I have the Astronomy wallpaper on my XR.

Not sure if this is new in just beta 2 but apple tv remote is now an actual app when clicking in control centre, it doesn’t just open a pop up

Backups over LTE is very welcome. Good to see small changes on lock screen customisations like the green dot for location in Astronomy wallpaper.

Once the public beta is out, I'll put it on my iPhone 11 just to mess around with the features. I'm usually too chicken to put the beta on my main device until the RC, though.

Weird they you need to delete a Lock Screen by swiping up. Swiping up is for closing or quitting apps, but not to delete something.

The dot appears in the Earth wallpaper options, but it does not stay on the wallpaper at all times and is instead only visible when editing the wallpaper.

You have to allow Astronomy to use your location “While Using the App” and it’ll work on the Lock Screen, not just when editing.

It‘s working the same way as when you would delete a watch face from an Apple Watch.
