iCloud tabs never worked on ios 15/safari 15 for me. My iMac and iPad/iPhone never synched. Problem was fixed immediately after upgrading to iOS16 and safari 16.

Not touching iOS 16 yet as there's too many reports coming out about issues.
Will wait awhile as there's no rush to upgrade to iOS 16.

What everyone is forgetting is the lock screen clock? That font used in the iOS 16 lock screen clock is all the reason you need to upgrade.
16.1 is going to be a focus on the iPad. I doubt there's much extra safety in that compared to 16.0 or a hypothetical 16.0.2.
It's almost certainly down to the very nice Home Screen design improvements.Who knew people liked a buggy iOS more than a less buggy iOS
I have an iPhone X and want to stay on ios 15 until the end of the year for better stability, but at some point Apple will block off iOS 15 updates to just 6s/7 in the future.
No, but adding a stop to the end instead of adding before if it's on the way, replacing, or asking is an odd choice.
My mother has an iPad mini 2 which I think is on IOS 12 and as far as I know still gets security updates
For me is ugly as hell: it seems a toy, enormous, Apple Watch style (also on Watch them aren’t the best), with three rows of complications. Wow.
Adding live things to lock screen was a giant plus. It took a long time. Of course I do immediate updates every year (but my beta days are over... I'm old).
Bro, what blew my mind is little kids, like my niece are downloaded iOS 16 beta this Sunner JUST to be able to lock and hide the hidden photos folder. Bro; this kid is 12. These kids are reckless getting betas these days. 16 is popular.
iOS 16.0.1 was released but for the iPhone 14 series only...Probably going to do the same except maybe if they release a 16.01 update before 16.1. I usually update my ipad right away but it doesn't exist this time around so I wait impatiently.
I did not update the iPad 6 that I bought that was on iPadOS 13.7 for I prefer app icons and widgets separate unlike what was done on iPadOS 14 and newer... I would downgrade my iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 13.7 if Apple would allow it since it is the first version [iOS 13] with a built in dark mode and the last to have app icons only layout...
I don't have an iOS 16 compatible device but I am hoping that for iOS 17 they will have an option of app icons only or app icons and widgets layout...
Have you tried a manual install of IPSW of iOS 15.7 using iTunes [Windows] or Finder [macOS]?
Most people I asked last year didn’t even know what it was. It much more likely that people just wanted the new fancy lock screens.
