I think even Apple is fed up with iOS 16 Beta 3. @redbeard331 got it right. The sticky glue came dry and undone. Atleast we're getting a new set of sticky glue with Beta 4.

It is interesting that it's only for iPhones... Could be one of those weird / rare occasions where the beta is released in the 1PM PST time frame. Which has happened a few times when a public release dropped.
