Badges for the App Store aren't appearing on my 14 Pro but they're there on my Xs Max. Just noticed today. Both phones running 16.2 beta. Tried hard resetting 5x already, to no avail. 😢

See… this morning.
iPhone 14 Pro.

I'm pretty jealous 😟 I've got everything tic'ed on for the App Store in Settings/Notifications. I keep the App Store app on my 1st Home Screen. I can honestly say I don't think I've seen a red badge number on the App Store app since the iOS 13 days. And that's across a few different phones, each after restores and whatnot.. Up until now I thought this was by design. I'd have no idea how to even troubleshoot this, not that I actually want to. 🤪

But, I just checked for updates and had almost 30 app updates waiting that didn't update overnight while charging.

*sorry, I know this isn't the right thread for this, just sayin' is all

You need to disable auto updates for Appstore. Then you will see badge.

That makes the updates notified as badge number, thank you. Not seeing it very helpful, though. Anyway, what Apple has in store for us today? 🤔
