Actually, I take this back...it'll likely come the day after the public release. At least 15.4b1 did. So sometime next week.

That timing probably works. So, end of March-ish.

16.4 should have some new features (unlike 16.3). May depend on how much oxygen the RealityOS project has sucked out of the room.

I have been busy this afternoon getting all my devices up to the new release. iPhone done,Watch done, iPad downloading, Apple TV downloading. Now I will be done for a few days. Then they will put out 16.4 beta one and we can start all over again!! I even renewed my developer account!! So I am all ready for what is next! Hope everyone is having a great RC day!

I’d say we’re still in the “beta timeframe” stage of 16.3, even though it’s an RC. Don’t expect 16.4b1 until maybe the day after official release of 16.3.
