Agreed. This should’ve been an option a long time ago.
I've been waiting for this too.. I've been letting my apple cash add up and stopped spending it for this 😂I wonder if and when the Apple Card Savings Account feature is going to launch.
I would also like to see an option to set a schedule for AOD... Like I would love to have it automatically turn off at 11pm when I go to bed and back on at 6am when I wake up. They haven't even added it to shortcuts yet.
Just FYI - Sleep Focus would handle that. AOD is turned off when active. I use it nightly. My sleep focus automatically turns on at 11pm and off at 6:30 am weekdays, and i think 9am on weekends.
Yeah I tried that for a while, but found having a focus on very inconvenient for other things. I might try it again at some point and mess with all of the options, but would really rather Apple give us that simple option.

Fingers are crossed on an iOS 16.3 final release today.
Last year iOS Beta 15.4 Beta 1 was released on January 27th,2022. So, I'm sure not Apple will be following the same pattern. However, it's possible we might see it being dropped this week.

As was said above, if you already have the RC, prepare for a big nothingburger in 9-20 minutes from now: you probably won’t see anything.

Same here. Each update is exciting for me as well. I like to install the main public releases update to my main Apple devices so they are very important & crucial to me. 💕
I read the new hardware doesn't get released to the public until tomorrow, so it ties in I guess.
