Guess there is tomorrow or remotely early afternoon also. The iOS/IPadOS 16.5 SDK notes on beta 2 was just HomeKit/Matter related anyway. Not like there is an urgency to have 16.5 go public any sooner. Perhaps this will only have 3 betas too.Can’t wait for beta 3!

Apparently, it is a very big deal for Apple due to government laws and regulations. Apple had to go through alot of hoops to open an Apple store in India. That iOS Beta is going to have to wait. Maybe tomorrow is the day?

lol I hope you're joking around and you don't really think that a store opening has anything to do with the software update release. And also I hope you don't think that Tim Cook himself gives the go-ahead for a beta release.
