Usually public releases are always on a Monday using Cupertino, CA 10 am PST as reference. Just as betas are usually on a Tuesday of the week the most.

Same! I was not a big fan of iOS 16 overall. Bittersweet feelings about it. I still believe iOS 16 still an unfinished iOS update. Many of the features we witness were unfinished and rushed.
Yes, I think the best way to fix it is to overwrite the entire thing.
So 16.5 RC tomorrow (20F65) and release on Monday 5/15.
No, not for me, most of the bugs don’t really bother me, but for some it’s been life altering. 🫨
If it’s really been that bad, I wouldn’t get excited about iOS 17 or put it on your phone, because I’m very sure that’s going to be even worse to begin with!
