Well, given that it’s likely that the next beta will 𝘣𝘦 the release candidate, that doesn’t really gain you much. That is unless there is a need for a 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥 release candidate.

Well, given that it’s likely that the next beta will 𝘣𝘦 the release candidate, that doesn’t really gain you much. That is unless there is a need for a 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥 release candidate.
I also think no new iOS 16 beta before the RC unless they decide to release 16.1 Beta 1.
I’m going with iPadOS, if it’s not being released with iOS 16 and coming in October instead, will be released alongside iOS 16.1. I wonder if iPadOS will skip to just be 16.1 with no 16.0 too.

Yeah I completely agree - an excellent performer on my iPhone 13 Pro Max.
I really think that I might stay with the Pb4 until the RC or golden master. It runs so well now. Phone stays mostly cool during regular usage. Absolutely nothing to complain.

If rumors hold true and the iPhone event is in early September. There will be one more beta this week. And the official release of iOS 16 will be a different version than the one they released at the event. iOS 16.1 beta will be released when they officially release the official iOS 16.
I don’t think will see that as it would have code in it that would identify new iPhone features. I see 16.1 b1 on Sept 8.

I'm hoping that they add Swedish to the HomePod mini, they added it in 15.6 but not in the beta 6 for iOS 16

You don't think the even will be on September 7th? Multiple sources confirmed that's the confirmed date tho.
