“In ‌iOS 16‌, ‌iCloud‌ Private Relay was designed to hide IP address primarily from known trackers, so this is an expansion of the feature.”

This is already available in iOS 16. Has been from the start so not new at all.

Yeah. I am using iOS 16.x and there is an option to hide Ip from both trackers and websites.

It looks not a new feature for iOS 17. did we miss something?

One thing I wish they'd add is more translation options - specifically Swedish <> English.
That would allow me to get rid of a separate translation app on my phone.

If I recalled correctly, web translation supported on-device mode in previous version, anyhow apple remove it in iOS 16.x hence the web translation does not work without internet connection.

I am using iOS 16.4.1.

Hello guys, there is an option in the address bar to toggle “increase/reduce OTHER privacy protections” , what is it? And how does it affect the browsing privacy?

See the attached screenshot!

I believe the new enhanced tracking and fingerprint blocking can break some websites so you can turn on reduce privacy protections if a website isn’t working right
