Wasn’t this opinion available before iOS18? I thought I saw it in iOS 17.something.

Thank you! When I read the article, I thought MacRumors must’ve simply missed it when it came out, as I do remember seeing this a while back on my own phone. As clear as day, I remember selecting the option and thinking “heck no“ then switching away immediately — it made an impression! It made the clock look just like the one in the screenshot here with the gradient rainbow coloring.

Yet, I can find no sign of the option now.

I wonder if Apple was doing some quiet A/B testing to see if people used it.

Now we need an option to disable the screen capture side press, I’m always doing that, either that or set the default option to delete the photo if no response.
