The Developer site is not loading all that well for me. I am guessing Apple uses AWS for some of its Developer services.

Yup 😭😭

Happening to me too on my iPad 13 M4. I fixed it by doing a hard reset. 😃
Beta 4 didn't solve the keyboard problem. I erased the ipad, installed ipadOS 26.0.1, I had to install beta4 again in order to restore from backups. I did this twice, and I still have to wait for the keyboard to appear each time I tap a text box.

Is anyone having keyboard problems? On iPad and beta 3, the on-screen keyboard won’t open most of the time, and if it does, it is so sluggish it can’t be used. It doesn’t respond. Reboots don’t help. Swipe up from the bottom to go to the home screen or task switcher isn’t working most of the time either. The iPad is basic unusable like this.

26.1 beta 2 was the smoothest of any of the 26 beta releases yet for me, and now beta 3 is the buggiest beta I think I've ever installed.
I solved the problem!
Settings / General / Transfer or Reset iPad / Reset / Reset all settings
You will not lose any data but you will need to set all preferences in Settings menu, including Wifi logins. Also you'll need to re-arrange homescreen folders and app icons.

Hi, did reset all settings wipe out any wallpaper papers you had setup and did it wipe your focus settings?

Thanks
