What device are you using? Because on newer devices, the borders are dynamic and move as you move your device, they’re not static, neither light nor dark.

Not fixed: The issue where the control panel would reset (some?) home-control icons after a reboot.
Unfortunately my shiny new M5 iPad Pro which was purchased from Apple store today got bricked while updating from iPadOS 26.0 to 26.2 Beta 3. Stuck at Completion wizard screen after the update. Probably Apple is shortstaffed to test all permutations and combinations of possible scenarios.
It's a beta. The risks are very well known and it's your fault and no one else.
If you getting to completion screen you should be able to use Recovery Mode or DFU to restore. So hopefully not bricked.
I'm seeing this too. Seems like it mainly shows up on elements on top of whitespace. Could be an effort to highlight touch targets and button shapes?

I had ripped a new CD earlier today performing a sync from iTunes to my iPhone 14 Pro Max. The artwork would not show up. I turned off "Sync Music" in iTunes performing a sync removing all music, then turning "Sync Music (Entire music library)" back on again performing another sync. At that point I lost the artwork for the rest of my music as well. That being said, I'm happy to report that Beta 3 has corrected the issue. Well, I had to remove all music from my iPhone again. Syncing all 10,303 songs back as we speak, the artwork for all songs synced so far being displayed. Life is good.

Changed in beta 2 and probably a bit smoother now in beta 3.
It looks a bit different on mine, and jerkier. I'm not a fan. But, it's not horrible, either.
1 second stuck while swiping down for search in App Library is fixed, as well as the Widgets to Home Screen stutter!
The only issue that is still presented is the flickering icons, while on dark mode and opening a folder!

Glad the ellipsis button/Control Center long-press crash is fixed. My eyes were getting tired of the bouncy and springy animations.

iOS 26 finally feels really slick with beta 3. At least on the 17 Pro Max.
They probably only had time to test the ones purchased from Flipkart. Give them another week and they’ll get to the ones bought from Apple Store.
Kidding aside, is this an ipsw install or OTA? In any case, I hope you made a backup.

You climb a mountain in a thong, or sit in the dog park smelling like a T-Bone. In a thong (you, not the T-bone) you should expect to get bit.
I didn't have an issue with b2, but b3 is working very well.
Have you tried disabling "show content in search" in settings as described in that thread? On my iPad it worked on iPadOS 18 a few months agoInstalled OTA 15pro. Seems stable so far.
