Battery life has been solid for me on this beta 6. Hard to say without proper measurements and comparison but it feels like it’s as good as it was with 18.5.

iPhone 15 Plus with 92% battery health.

I switched from 18.6.1 to 26 Buplic Beta 3 and lost a lot of battery during the night, from 61% to 48%.

Bought at release, together with the bad battery life of the 15 Pro, I wouldn’t say the cycle count is high.

Got it. That’s why it decreased slower than I thought it would be at that point.

Any heat issues or battery preservation settings that you use on your iPhone?

Only day 2 but battery life public beta 4 has been surprisingly good on my 16 Pro. Certainly no issues with unwanted battery drain.

I do find the new battery interface in settings a little cluttered.

This interface is so pathetic, they have now made it impossible to determine screen-on time since last full charge. It’s the one thing that matters and they removed the imperfect - but usable - method we have on iOS 12 through 18.

I don’t know who made the decision, but this is not only change for change’s sake, the person or team that implemented it has no clue.

What is this showing? Battery percentage used per day, percentage remaining throughout the day, and screen-on time since 00:00.

Before we had the hourly screen-on time breakdown which allowed us to add individual bars to obtain the most important aspect of information: screen-on time since last full charge.

Apple removing this after adding usage time on iOS 5 is pure regression.

The 16 pro’s battery life was greatly improved in beta 5 and beta 6 (2nd revision), but again worsened in the current beta 7. Craig, what the heck?

I installed the beta last night on my 15 Pro Max. I think that battery life is not as good as it is on 18.x. That being said, I also installed a beta and am not surprised.
