I have the same issue with the iOS 26 wallpaper (not with any others) so I just made the clock bigger and I'll live with the bug for now lol.

First impressions that I just have to get used to the new look. I'm not disliking it, I don't think it's ugly, but I do have to get used to it. It's been the same for so long that I guess that's only normal.

I am not yet convinced by Liquid Glass.
Example: The Control Center looks really ugly with this (i.e. the beta 1 version of Liquid Glass)!

Example 2: The dark mode doesn't look as good with Liquid Glass as the light mode. The Apple designers really need to work on this again! It must not stay like this!

From an aesthetic perspective, I would recommend a frosted glass effect rather than liquid glass in some places! @Apple please don't make a mistake just because your design pride could be offended!

Here's an honest question, not joking like. If I keep running iOS 18 on my 16 Pro Max (when iOS 26 is released), how long might I get security updates for?

For the first time this might be an option for me. I can see Apple making the new OS look better, but I think the entire premise of glass is just insane. I think it will still look worse than iOS 18 when there are done.

Oh wow, not a fan of this liquid glass design. It looks quite ugly and really dated. What was Apple thinking?
Yeah. It really seems half-assed. The see through folders look really janky. Surely Apple can do better than this. Maybe it will improve in later betas.

No buddy unfortunately not but im trying to fix it somehow
Same issue here, as soon as it seemed to finish installing, phone went black with red battery icon (my phone was at 90% when I started)...

Unfortunately had to put my phone in DFU Mode to get back on, not sure I'll try to update again until I hear that issue is fixed.

Forgive me if this has been mentioned but is anyone else’s Home Screen widgets at the bottom? Was this intended or is it a bug?
