Bug is fixed on Beta 9. It was driving me crazy 😂.

My feedback id was FB19990207. Now closed accordingly

The Notes app. When you first go into any given Note (that's not new), the cursor (insertion point) "goes crazy." It's untameable. There's a workaround. You have to exit that Note and go back into it.

Has anyone noticed this? I really hope this bug gets fixed.
