I mean on iPad, not iPhone. In the Junk and Trash folders? I only see the option to filter (three lines), not options or dots..

Does anyone know how to get the onscreen keyboard to appear when you have the magic keyboard attached - I often use the iPad in portrait mode without removing the magic keyboard and in iPadOS 18 when typing search terms into Google etc. the onscreen keyboard would pop up, but now in iPadOS 26 there is nothing.
Hello everyone, I don’t know if this has already been discussed here, if so I apologize. In beta 8, on my iPhone 16 Pro, when the screen is locked and I unlock it with Face ID, the animation is sometimes faulty, some app icons don’t appear smoothly but instead pop up abruptly, almost like stuttering. This doesn’t happen when I “wake” the screen first with a tap and then swipe up to unlock; it only happens when the screen is off and I swipe up. In that situation it occurs. Is anyone else experiencing this? It’s quite uncomfortable for me.
On my iPad, for all folders other than Inbox, I have to first 2-finger select and then the 'Select All' button will appear. There is no 'Select' button that shows like the iPhone nor the '...' button that shows in the Inbox on the iPad.

Yeah, I think it's either a bug or they didn't add the select button to iPad and will in a future update (I hope).
Yeah because it’s native and no translation is active - in german the word is much longer, that’s why it overlaps
Anybody else seeing tons of mail background activity? I’ve tried everything and it’s just killing my battery. It’s averaging about 2 hours of background activity per day and I don’t even use mail (use Gmail app).
I turned off Apple Intelligence for mail, removed my Gmail account, turned off push, set fetch to manual, turned off background app refresh, did a phone force restart and already today it is my top battery hog.
Trying to avoid a wipe and reinstall but that’s my next step.

Here is what bothers me about the inconsistency with liquid glass in the Books app;
If you start to read a book and click on the menu in the lower right corner it is the old style menu. No liquid glass.
But, if you highlight a word, the menu that pops up is liquid glass along with its options like lookup.
If you don’t use Apple’s Mail app, I think it can be deleted rather than doing a wipe and reinstall of the operating system.
Check in Settings > General > Screen Capture. If it's checked on SDR, switch it to HDR. That worked for me. No more dark screenshots. And they look good with HDR.
It’s really sad how they botched up the iPadOS update this year. They missed so hard by removing the morphing cursor and replacing it with this BS.

Fly Delta app is okay until you log out; then you can't log back in. It's a user agent via the app problem.
Website? fine. Daughter's iPad? fine.
My iPhone and iPad (iOS/iPadOS 26 beta)? cannot log in. period. spent 4 hours on this today, and isolated to iOS 26 (even restored old app version from iMazing)
EDIT - just confirmed on wife's phone. It's an iOS 26 thing.

That's a weird one. I just checked, Silent Mode and Focus mode are definitely present on my 16PM.
Has anyone noticed yet that in some apps you can swipe to the right from anywhere on the screen to to back a page? In the past you always had to swipe from the very edge of the screen for it to work. It obviously doesn’t work in apps that use a swipe gesture to delete or mark something as read such as mail or music (play next). Doesn’t work on safari either. Try it in settings or notes, calendar.
