Yeah and the ugly long clock does not mean anything but showing how ugly your clock is. I would NOT want the clock to stretch like that on my Lock Screen. I never used a windows phone but iOS 26 Lock Screen isn’t all rose and shine either compared to iOS 18.Somehow iOS looks so childish and so awkward with this liquid ass design. Lockscreen could be done much better like Windows phone used to have, this design with big ugly clock font on top…🙁
See I’m not sure why everyone keeps referring to Vista. It had a sheen. But iOS 26 is not like that at all. And the name Liquid Glass seems spot on to me. It’s the Now Playing widget that concerns me. Apple does so much work to allow the Lock Screen to be customized, but that Now Playing widget shows up constantly, at least for me. It’s either set to control my Apple TV or it has some random song from the Music app I’ve never played. Is it just me?
Why on earth would they automatically throw that on your screen with no way to disable it and no easy way to dismiss it.
