Apparently 26.0.1 has a “fix” for app redraws or apps being blank when using a tint… and us on 26.1 beta 1 are stuck with that if it does fix it until next beta which we may not get till Monday ☠️☠️ sometimes I wonder why I force myself to suffer

It’s not that bad. At least you can enjoy further animation fixes, most likely better battery and further bugfixes with 26.1 beta. Furthermore we probably see beta 2 also this week.

Where you got that information from?

Also interesting that they didn’t fix this rare camera issues with the day1 update on the 17 phones.
All the Social Media warriors jumped on Aluminium, BendGate and destroying phones but no one did try to force this issue with bright lights.

Yeah the build is stable for the most part, but I did get some random springboard crashing here and there. Especially when changing wallpapers on my iPhone air.

I really am hoping the next beta fixes most of the visual bugs. My most annoying bugs are when using wallpapers that either move based on notifications coming in, especially if it’s also set to spatial.

After updating got a setup prompt for Siri after "your phone has been updated" screen (it enabled listen for hey Siri even though I had it off) and then got a notification that I can unlock with Apple Watch even though I don't have an Apple Watch. Anyone see the same?
