so do you guys think we will see a iOS 26.0.2? looks like that has come a few days to week and a half before in previous versions.. or will they wait and just release 26.1 at the end of october?
I wouldn't be surprised if Apple released a hypothetical iOS 26.0.2 the week of October 13th, but surely until the release of iOS 26.1, which will probably happen the last week of October or the first week of November, I don't think we'll see any releases on the stable branch.

Let's see if Apple brings back Liquid Glass in the second beta, or a later beta of iOS 26.1, because I see the changes in this aspect of Beta 1 as a step backwards.

Lol there is literally no change for Liquid Glass in 26.1 😅
There are some icons in the photos app that are a bit more frosted that also could be a bug because it seems to differ between different iPhone models.

It's worth noting that while most iOS xx.1 beta 1 builds in recent years were updated after a week, 18.1b1 was out for two weeks before the beta 2 drop. (In fact, most of the iOS 18.x beta 1 builds were on a 1.5-2 week cycle — the exception being 18.3b1, which was out for 3 weeks and a day before 18.3b2.)

That said, it's certainly possible that Apple is trolling us, and 26.1b2 will drop 30 seconds after I post this.
