It seems that way, without a changelog, and it's also labeled as a Release Candidate. In other cases, when this has happened, there's either been an RC 2 with a changelog or a completely new build for the public release.

Give it some time and then do a reboot. There's always going to be indexing happening in the background after an OS update/upgrade and you log back in.
