Yeah I was about to ask if this was still the case. I forget if they required a profile last year. I think they actually stopped requiring it last year if I’m not mistaken.

I was able to download OTA by changing to iOS 26 Developer Beta from the Software Update menu. Account is signed up to Developer Program.
