The "preparing to update" screen takes way too long these days, so I downloaded the iPSW over gigabit ethernet and I'm updating that way. Glad I'm home from work (not by choice though).

Might be because I have Apple Intelligence turned OFF.
^That's it!
Probably the algorithm estimating the delta for updates should not take into account, the different sizes of data for AI on different devices. People should file a bug report to not include individual Ai data into the calculation.

B5 on my 16 PM is a vast improvement with UI performance, swiping between home screens is the smoothest yet, no stuttering when opening and closing folders and scrolling in Safari, settings and apps is a hell of an improvement as it's much smoother. It's not 100% perfect yet, but compared to the disaster that B4 was, it's a night and day improvement.

A bit wibbly wobbly on my iPhone. But I give it time for a while and let it index or whatever it always does after an update.

Drag notification center down (best glassy glas in the whole OS), when down drag it a bit more down... or just swipe/drag down the homescreen - I have a dancing keyboard then.

Oh well... I try to let it rest for a while.
