If PB 2 is newer than Dev 5, they will re-release Dev 5 with a new build.

I don't have a re-release, so I assume public beta 2 will be the same build as developer beta 5. The only re-release I see is for MacOS.

The last few OTA betas have installed insanely fast for me.

The watchOS betas, on the other hand, have taken 45-60 minutes.

Makes sense. Wasn’t really aware of the 18.7 RC - thought this version has been released already to the public.

They released 18.7 RC a week after 18.6 public release. Supposedly they pulled security fixed from iOS 26, although I have no idea why it isn't simply an 18.6.1 release.

People might be getting last week's iOS releases mixed up with the macOS 15.7 RC.

Yeah, I checked and I'm wrong. I falsely remember there being iOS 18.7 when it's only MacOS. Still, I believe it's gonna be released today.
