My iPhone 14 Pro (running iOS 27 beta 1) is not booting after discharge of battery (due to not being used for about 10 days). How to restart and update to beta 2 or use it otherwise? I have kept it connected to wall outlet charger for the past 2 hours, and have tried Forced restart (press and quickly release the Volume Up button, press and quickly release the Volume Down button, then press and hold the Side (Power) button until the screen goes black and the Apple logo appears.).
But nothing works, and the iPhone remains dead.

Connect it to your computer. Does it show up?

I have the APP2. Really interesting that the APP3 is considered to be less neutral, I had no idea there would be such a difference.

As mentioned above, I have the APP2. One thing of note is that I do use media assist within the hearing aid section (but not the hearing aid feature itself), but it sounds like that has less to do with Headphone Accommodations or the EQ? How do those settings play off of one another? And would you still recommend starting with the Headphone Accommodations (slight something?) and the EQ on max?

I’m really curious what that does and why it helps actually.
On the AirPods Pro 2 the sound gets balanced, its less heavy sounding, more bright and vibrant. It also feels, or rather sounds, more room filling. Honestly, almost magical. I think its a great upgrade to the sound. It sounds strange at first but I recommend listening to a song after turning Slight, Balanced Headphone Accommodations on, and while listening turning it back off.
The EQ is different. I saw a video in which it was measured what frequencies are being boosted or reduced. I think HA is still better than the EQ, even at max, but you'll get around to make up your own mind in a short while.

No. It does not show up upon connecting with the computer.
The power off/ on sequence, and forced restart sequence, cycle between showing only the red battery icon and the charging cable +red battery icon.
I think that if you get the iPhone charged, (maybe a magcharge), it will start working. Good luck!

Sometimes it’s possible to put the phone into Device Firmware Update mode in the same way you would try to put the phone into Recovery Mode, and it would then show up. But if it’s not, then it’s a hardware issue.

Thanks! One thing of note…when media assist is active, Headphone Accommodations doesn’t seem to do anything. I can still use the EQ though (and notice a difference with it) strangely.
