Calendar events no longer have the option to make them repeating. Filed feedback.

It’s there, just hidden deeper, so requires more steps. You need to click on the time of the event and then it will give you another window where you can set the repeat. Same for the All-day events, which used to be right on the first screen.

Can anyone change these settings?

It tells me I need to verify my age (where?) If I am in the UK - which I am not.

Same, 3 permanent unread, and also have texts completely disappearing after reading them. Automated texts from my doctor and bank have both disappeared shortly after I read them. I know I didn't delete them, because one disappeared in the middle of me trying to add an appointment to my calendar.

Edit: Just happened again, went to double check everything and saw a text from my other bank that I hadn't read yet. Read it, backed out of the screen, and when I tried to go into read it again the information inside disappeared. When I backed out again, the entire thread disappeared. FWIW. I keep the short codes for my bank and doctors in there respective contacts to keep them from winding up in spam or blocked by accident.
Exactly the same that is happening to me. Most text messages from banks, delivery services etc, are visible in the notification but are completely blank when you open them, and then they disappear.

Would be useful if you guys post your feedback IDs for this issue so you can add them to your own feedback for Apple to cross reference.

Man I love hiding functionality like this, especially when there's no indicator that you can tap to reveal more options. Complexity for the sake of visual simplicity.

Agreed, especially considering that it was all on one screen before. I submitted the feedback to Apple asking them to bring it back to the first page. I also find the stuff they added to the first page not so important, such as “Invitees”, for example, taking the whole separate line there. Surely that could be on the second screen.

B2 is working great so far on my 17 PM, so glad to get the writing tools options back with the new Siri. The only bug for me that was not in B1 is when I update apps: the app icons no longer update when you drag down to search and it stays blank.

The only way to fix it is to restart the phone or keep searching for different apps; eventually, it refreshes the icon.

Another bug is that, if you try to proofread, sometimes the text you wrote is mostly off screen and it won’t correct it; if you try highlighting it again, it usually works fine.

Another pita ….

I have all Government Alerts turned off. Last night we had a local Turquoise Alert (new one) and an Amber Alert that blared loud at 23:58 (11:58PM). I killed the alerts and checked in Settings; yes, they were marked off.

I cycled the settings and hope for the best as there is no real way to test this.

My personal shortcut Automations were totally broken until I added a notification to each one so I could visualize how often they are failing. As soon as I enabled notifications, they began working flawlessly yesterday.

Are automations still broken for most people? Did anyone’s automations suddenly begin working again?

Issue: AirPod Pro 2 connected. Audio works. When new message comes in, the notification is playing over phone speaker instead of in ear. Anyone else experiencing?

My AirPod Pro 2's weren't doing that but it did lower the volume when giving me the notification but then didn't turn it back up when done. I had to close music and re-open to get the volume back.

I reported this same issue. It shows that Apple has a potential fix identified - for a future OS update, but here is my FB ID: FB23245181
