On my iPad Pro, one small regression fixed. on Dev3b1, double tapping pencil failed to toggle tools from pencil to eraser. Double tapping now works in Dev3b2...
The ugliness of the light mode controls when you tap into a photo kills me, and I feel like this is how they’re gonna leave it for September release :/

I’m on the public betas and man I wish the Safari chrome was dark gray all the time regardless of whether the website has a white background or not. It’s so jarring to go between light and dark. Just make it medium to dark gray regardless of the website. And sometimes it’s colored, though that might be a bug?
The controls just look like bubbles instead of glass
Not a huge bug but currently unable to change from Dark mode to Light mode. I click the Light mode setting in Appearance but nothing happens lol
I don't understand the need for "lol" but it switches from Dark to Light mode on my 17P.

Happened again this morning, no workaround other than a reboot.
This seems to be triggered with charging, I'm gonna disable Optimized charging and see what happens... Any other ideas?

Uncheck Passwords sync from iCloud settings (the Wifi stored in iCloud Keychain/Password manager) do the network reset and enable Passwords sync again in iCloud settings

Obviously this new iOS 27 introduces a completely rebuilt Spotlight search and indexing engine that understands intent and relevance but it’s broken at this time.

Regarding RCS messaging... It works perfectly on my iPhone 17 Pro Max (main device) and on my iPad Pro which are both signed into the same iCloud account.
Here's my problem: I also have an iPhone Air (with no celluar connection) logged into the same iCloud account, but I am unable to send RCS / text messages from the iPhone Air. I checked my iPhone 17 Pro Max settings, and text message forwarding is turned on for the iPhone Air. Is there something I am missing to enable sending of RCS / text messages from my iPhone Air?

In case anyone else panics this morning over not being able to load up their NY Times Wordle after upgrading to v2 - go into your website data and nuke everything for the NT Times and it's sites. You'll have to login again, but won't lose your streak. 🙂
