iOS 27 PB6 CarPlay question

Hey all

So I just installed PB6 onto my 17 Pro Max tonight and it’s been quite stable so far, so that makes me happy. I do have a question about CarPlay though and was hoping others using the same PB could chime in with their own experience after using PB6.

So, in iOS 27 CarPlay gained the ability to stream videos to your screen while your car is in park. What I’d like to know is if anyone has gotten this to work? I tried with YT, but all I’m getting is sound. I also tried with Netflix, but there was no airplay option for CarPlay. I’m pretty sure it’s mainly because these app developers haven’t pushed out updates yet that support this, but I was just curious and wondering if anyone had any luck with any of the entertainment apps out there.

Couple of factors:

1. Automakers need to add support for this new feature. So far, none have announced anything yet. It may be limited to newer vehicles and take some time to roll out.
2. App developers need to update their apps. We won’t be able to get those updates until iOS 27 has been released.
