Your poll should have another option: "DON'T REALLY CARE!" I don't particularly like them, but i don't really care much. As long as they do a better job at reflecting the reception.

I haven't seen a screenshot that shows the 5th bar, so I simply used the old 5th bar since the 4th one matched up perfectly. It could be slightly shorter, though, to keep a better flow.

But I highly doubt we'll even see the 5th bar anymore...

That's a really useful graphic, you do that yourself?

The 3GS has no reception issues, I think the new bars look rubbish

I HATE the new bars... they look so funky and not aesthetically pleasing to me at all. I really wish Apple would change them back, but I doubt that'll happen. But I'm almost as upset with the new bars as I am about the signal attenuation issue itself. It's pathetic I know, but it's true.
