he obviously is pulling the screen down in the settings about to hide the OS version why wouldnt that be part of the video to show its on 5.0 what a tool

I noticed that too, there is no way iOS 5 would have old icons in any alpha/beta version.

that's why i think it's iOS4 beta... the one developers never had a chance to see. i'm talking about a very early build.
