Nope.

If you have an iPhone 4S, iPad 2, iPod Touch 4 or lower with blobs for 5.0.1 or 5.1.1, you can down/upgrade to those firmwares.


OR

Upgrade to 6.1 since there will be a jailbreak in a few days.

ehh 6.0-6.1 dosent run well on ipt4, i wanted 5.1 because i want the camera grabber, oh well time to downgrade to 5.0.1

Yea I don't know 6.1 runs fine on my sisters iPod but on mine wifi is very slow

WiFi would be a hardware component not software. If you're still in warranty you could have Apple swap it out when you show them the crappy WiFi.

Hmm okay, I would measure your WiFi performance in up/download speeds and not just perception. I haven't heard of iOS 6 causing WiFi issues.
