So AT&T is superior and Verizon is inferior? Of course HSPA+ is faster than Verizon's EVDO. So I guess he has to switch to AT&T to get a faster access of data to use Maps then.There's your problem.
The picture clearly shows I'm connected to Wi-Fi... Which is 12Mb/s
I just said it was Verizon in case there was some weird bug with that carrier. Let's think next time before making comments as to better carriers versus others. Many of us don't have a choice to get another carrier.

I hope that wasn't directed to me. I just figured the other guy was poking fun at Verizon so I quoted him to see what exactly he meant.
I have AT&T and the iPhone 4S running iOS 6 Beta 2 and the map is low quality for me as well running on wifi. It has been since Beta 1. I just decided not to use hybrid and stick to traditional. It also could be that they may not have high quality maps for certain areas of the US. iOS 6 is still beta.

Beta 1: Home Sharing was broken (iTunes 10.6.3.25 on Windows) with only four albums showing up for me. (not even the first four)
Beta 2: Can't access home sharing at all, doesn't even show as an option in Music.app
Beta 1: AirPlay mirroring crashed Reflection consistently.
Beta 2: AirPlay doesn't even show up as an option on the iPad.
Can no longer connect to AirFoil Speakers app on the iPad using AirPlay.

For the home sharing did you check the More tab when your in the music app? I found it there for me at least. I'm not sure if they moved it or if it's always been there.
i have only sen one bug so far, whenever I visit this site, (dont judge) http://www.equestriadaily.com/2011/04/story-fallout-equestria.html Safari on my ipad 3 freezes, refuses to fully load the page, then crash.
I believe the low quality maps are only in certain areas that they haven't gotten to yet. Try Willis Tower in Chicago, Staples Center in LA, Golden Gate Bridge in San Fran, or the Hollywood sign in Hollywood. Those all come up in real 3d on my iPhone 4s on AT&T regardless of 3g & 1/2 (hspa+) or wifi but my neighborhood in Indiana is really low quality.
Siri no longer shows you how far it is to a destination from your current location when you ask "how far is it to _______"? Not sure if that's a bug, but a feature I definitely miss from iOS 5. You now have to ask how to get to a certain place for it to show you distance, but then it auto starts turn by turn gps, which I don't want 80% of the time. So then I have to go in and end the route. Usually I just wanna see how far & it would show me without starting a route in iOS 5.
When I use safari on certain full (non mobile) sites that refresh automatically to show new info and where you can type info into such as Facebook (I prefer full site to app due to more feature available), safari will crash if you're typing when an auto refresh happens & you'll loose all you had typed. Also crashes quite a bit when I'm multi tasking between several different pages.

Still unable to log in to different countries in either the App Store or in iTunes. Logging in results in the correct account information being show, but you always remain in the US stores.
Siri still has trouble with contact data but its a little better... for example..
if i say "show me my home address" it works.
i can say "take me home" and siri pushes me to maps and i get instant turn-by-turn directions.
if i say "whats my girlfriends home address", siri shows me
yet if i say "take me to my girlfriends home" siri says something like "sorry, i dont know sallys home address"

There are a couple of things I have noticed in Beta 2.
Siri sounds low quality.
Siri gets lost and does not understand when asking to send tweets, make reminders, send messages and post to facebook.

Not sure why, but Personal Hotspot all of a sudden showed up under Bluetooth on the main Settings page. It wasn't there before.
Why isn't iTunes or the App Store updating to the latest information? Like every Tuesday, Apple updates iTunes with the latest releases and I think the update the App Store every Thursday. But in the iOS 6 Beta, it seems like it has stayed the same since the Beta released.
Like if I click the iTunes app. It still has Usher "Looking 4 You" album as being a new release and that album released last week.

Mine is stuck like this too, cant figure out how to get by it either. luckily i have most of my stuff backed up on drop box and icloud on my pc so not a terribly big deal. would like a fix though, maybe beta 3 will have it we shall see after all it is just a beta stranger things have happened.
Mine was like this too. I went to General>Reset>Erase all content and data so it was like a fresh install. Restored from back and all works perfect now. Though it did take a while for all 800 pics to restore
Yes, if you want to pay $99 to play with a beta you are more than welcome to do it. Apple does not care if you develop or not. They just want your money.
