Pretty irrelevant considering iOS 6 will be release to the public nearly 10 days before that.
If your expecting much change, prepare to be disappointed. Little things here and there that most will say should have been there long before.
Who cares?
Who cares? People who expected iOS 6 to fill their car's gas tank, feed their cats, cook great waffles, and clean their bathroom.
Seriously though, people are treating iOS 6 as if it's going to be the last release of iOS. Ever. Is it really such a crime for Apple to not feverishly try to imitate every last bullet point that competing phones and operating systems offer? If people really need a laundry list of features that iOS doesn't offer, they shouldn't use it.

So I have made posts for Bugs and Flaws, but with the GM nearing there are fewer each beta.
You can post your findings here.
After my phone restarted I noticed a new welcome screen that said iOS 6.
And all of Apple's native apps are rearranged.
New Features:
New Welcome Screen.

Improvements (fixes):
-Passbook.app brightness flaw has been fixed.
-Saving an image from messages no longer saves two.
-Screen does not turn on when volume buttons are pressed.
-Maps.app does not automatically go into Flyover when you search.
-Status bar blending seems better!
You can still upload videos to YouTube from Photos.app!
I tested it. You can upload the video and add info. Same as before. When you tap view my video on YouTube it takes you to the video in Safari.

You don't need to say .app in an effort too make yourself sound clever.
Yeah, what's with the YouTube app being removed? YouTube is part of Google. Is Apple trying to distance themselves even further from Google?
Been like that since beta 1.

Just noticed this: go to Music, to an album where you've bought only some of the tracks . The app will offer to show you the rest of the album allowing you to buy additional tracks or "Complete my Album"

So on my iPad 3,3 I'm still seeing some annoyances. Location based reminders is still not working, it can't possibly be this hard to enable it so I guess it isn't a high priority. In addition the twitter and Facebook shortcuts which were there in b2 vanished in b3, and they still haven't returned! Annoying.
The App Store is much smoother now. In the iTunes Store they still haven't enabled the 'purchased' tab for iTunes in the cloud.
The clock alarm went off for me this morning, previously it didn't for some reason. I still woke up at like 10am though.![]()
iPad to have location based reminders! This just made my day!!!![]()
You either have a weird sense of humor or no idea what the iPad 3,3 is capable of.
Me too, I would have liked them to redesign it for iOS 6 instead of removing it, but just because it's Google...
They will probably replace it with Vimeo, which will be close to useless for me.![]()
Actually, YouTube has not been removed, it's just that the official YouTube App has been released on the App Store and it is a much better design, so they removed the old YouTube App, just search YouTube on the App Store.
