If that is your point, you are not keeping up to date very well.

That said, a general release of an untethered jailbreak is likely a month or two out.

devs arent realeasing a new jailbreak until further updates (fix) from apple are released due to the maps and apps instability issues ^^, wont reveal any thing about a unthetered release too, otherwise we would be stuck with ios 6.0 for a long long time. better wait until there is a big fix so they can use the recently found exploits ^^

Yep, and even though they used a 4S for the live demo, this works on an iPhone5.

Still lots of work needed, most important is an injection point for the 5, 5+ and 6 devices

Why do you just not fallow the hackers like musclenerd and pod2g etc. you have been into jailbreaking long enough to know these people and there credibility. Your not a newbie at this try not to apear as one. I'm not trying to be rude just honest. If memory serves you did the samething for 5.0 or 5.0.1 you know these things take time.

I know they take time. I just recall far more communication and evidence after release of the new firmware and phone. The iPhone 5 being jail broken by showing a screenshot using the apple dev package doesn't prove anything. I feel like that tweet by muscle nerd is ambiguous at best, but ill remain hopeful.

They have learned the more they talk about it The more people ask. Also pod2g is finding most of exploits these days. Even though they figured it out as a team in the end. They said at least a couple months. They really don't need to provide us with any news.
