I rather have live icons. Gears turning on the Settings App, GPS dot moving on the Maps App etc

Yeah I know Microsoft did it first, but I don't like that UI. Rather see it implemented in iOS.
I love the Windows OS. Apple's is boring and it always has been the same. Can't wait to see what iOS 6 brings in the fall..

Getting the Lumia 900 after using iPhones and 1 Android (GS2) it will take alot for me to go back.
It's like a breat of fresh air.

iOS is so boring and has been the same for 5+ years. Never really liked the Android OS.

First but ugly = you didn't do it right.

What?

It does have nice animations and what not, but I like the iOS fluidness and ecosystem. I think the new iPhone will improve upon iOS 6's features though.

Then whats the point of having a wallpaper if there are no benefit to having one? It's all for looks & personalization and I think Apple's OS lacks that in comparison to Android by far.

If you're all for wasting your battery life, go right on ahead. I'll stick to a regular wallpaper and keep my battery life for something that I can actually use. If you do like it, then that's great.

I would absolutely ADORE live icons in iOS. It would be so nice. Just imagine, for your phone icon, when you go to your homescreen, you could see the actual phone on the icon move around just a bit, then start displaying missed calls from people like scrolling down a mini-version of the log, same for emails (plus you could have the icon moving through the sky). Weather too! Shows a rain cloud for rain, sun for sunshine, etc! Live icons would appease my want of widgets X10 :D

Live wallpapers... eh. It'd be nice to have them just for the fact that they're optional-- wouldn't hurt. They're cool when you envy other Android phones, but honestly, once you actually get one, you ditch them after x-months, and really never go back. Panorama (i.e. scrolling) wallpapers, those are really nice.

Annoying pieces of artwork that hurt your eyes and make it hard for you to see your icons.

Livewallpapers have never hurt my eyes. They are an awesome option to have. My iphone owning friends pretend not to be interested in them, but I know they wish they could have them. Having variety and being able to customize your device is SWEET!!
