Tim cook at WWDC: "We've had an 100% adoption rate of iOS 7"

Seeing as how iPad 2 struggles with iOS 8 (and 7) this really smacks at Apple user experience.

When Tim cook said this at WWMC, I yelled out BS! :) technically, he must be counting iOS. Software as auto downloaded too

Like, well my iPhone has iOS 6 and, has downloaded iOS 7 (but not installed) well, that counts as adoption.

There is a reason why people are still on iOS 6 (like myself)
we should not be told what to do. As a user, we should have control over the UI of our devices. It is unacceptable to make a new UI and, expect us all to agree. (Windows 8 example) If we like the old UI, we deserve to keep it and, deserve to have it suppported. Stripping facetime from our devices last year was BS. , If we like the new software, go ahead give us this option too.

Why can't apple support 2 different types of software. The New UI and, the old one?
Is it that complex?-_> No
Would it make people happy? --> Yes
Would it make more money than Apple already has --> Yes

----------
As is the case generally, YMMV, seems to be the operative saying.

yep iOS 8 is totally worse than iOS 7. Lags more, more bloatware (iBooks tips and podcasts) and, the tip of the iceberg is that features are still missing that are essental in the modern world (Close all tabs, etc). A iOS 8 iPad 2 preforms worse than its iOS 7 equivlent device
(same with the iPad Air Exept that ipad experiences a festival off Glitches.)

iOS 8, iPad Air cannot mirror onto the Apple TV and, keeps disconnecting

iOS 7 iPad Air does the job in flying colors.

Proof, 20 iOS 8 iPads vs mine
My iPad 2 running iOS 7 and, later when it was updated to iOS 8 via full restore
