Wifi Connection - New iPad & 4s

I've got the same disconnection problems, both devices briefly connect showing IP etc, but the drops out and brings up the apple log in screen with no related info.

Both my iPhone 4 and iPad (3rd Gen) just started this a few minutes ago. They've been working fine for hours since I updated. Super strange. What is happening?

Same exact thing happening to my iPhone 4. This is very annoying, can't download any apps or updates over 50mb.

Same

IPad is fine (iPad 3), but my iPhone (4S) is having the same issue as everyone else. Frustrating, but I assume a fix will be sent within the next 24 hours.

Why the **** are my devices going to an apple website when I connect to my local wifi in the first place?
This.

Very disturbing that when I go to authenticate my Wi-Fi connection, my iPhone feels the need to run off to Apple.com and tell them about it.

Same here. 2 iPhone 4s' and an iPad. All three devices had no problem connecting to wifi until about 20 minutes ago. When I connect to wifi I'm taken to a dead Apple.com link and kicked back to 3g on the phones, and no connection on the iPad (wifi only).

WTF?

Same here

Both mine and my wife's phones are doing this too. I hope they get it fixed, I also think there should be an explanation on why it is going to their website when our devices go onto wifi
