Which devices get HDR Auto??? iPod touch definitely doesn't have it on 7.1, but I notice that the Auto Flash gives a little indicator when Flash will go off, and if it won't with Auto on the icon doesn't appear.

I've updated my iphone 5. But I've found some bug when I switch my phone to silent mode and the third party app have a notification it's just appear but didn't vibrate. But if I turn my phone to normal mode everything work normally.

Is this happen to me only or everyone face this?

The light keyboard appears upon opening a text message, and then the dark keyboard flips into place. Kind of annoying, and doesn't look finished.

I tried other places, in Settings, and other apps, and the dark keyboard is there. No flipping.

It's beta 1, this is to be expected. Should see improvement as further betas are released.

The white keyboard briefly appears in safari as well when dark is selected. Also, the dark keyboard makes these hard to read.

Well, even the regular picker views in iOS 7 Safari can be pretty bad. Poor readability and contrast, especially when the background colour of the page is not favourable. In general I like iOS 7's UI, but this is one area where they have gotten it wrong.

The music player now sorts albums by newest to oldest.. actually like this change. Now, if only they would collapse the lists. Has only happened once so far, but ran into a weird bug.. called someone and it essentially called me. It was as if I was talking to myself, could hear my own voice as if I was talking to myself from another phone.. kinda surreal actually ha.

I laugh every time I see this statement.

Is the Radio app still terrible?
What about the music app as a whole?
Has the alarm clock been fixed?
Still missing a 'forward' in notes?
Zooming issues still present?

Confirmed!

My experience:

iPhone 5 - NO AUTO HDR
iPhone 5s - AUTO HDR

Hope they extend this to the 5 in later betas but right now seems to be a 5s only feature.

Text tones aren't the only thing defaulting to the tri-tone, mail tone does the same it seems.

There is no radio app. iTunes Radio works brilliantly for me.
The music app works very well.
What's wrong with the alarm clock? No issues here.
Ok.
What zooming issues? People think it's slow? Hardly a bug.

App/feature. Same sh*it. It's terrible. Even though I use Plex most of the time, I've given the radio a shot, and after hearing ads every two songs I'd rather use Pandora. I'm only being able to skip a few songs and then unable to skip any more (regardless of the station), still plays censored songs. 'Discovery' is hardly discovery. Christ, after a hour on the iTunes top 100 it just plays the same garbage.

The music app as a whole is a poor design.

Alarm clock? Only way to dismiss the alarm is to unlock the phone, and once you do that the only way to see notifications is to bring down NC. At least in 6 you could tap OK and still have everything there.

Zooming? I'm talking about setting wallpaper & things like that.

I'm guessing editing the search bar/links in Safari is still terrible.

If you're playing iTunes top 100, why are you expecting anything but garbage? It plays the top 100 songs on iTunes..

I've never had to unlock my phone to dismiss the alarm. When it goes off, it shows "Tap to Snooze." Just tap there to dismiss it.

The zoom is for the parallax effect, but I agree, if you turn reduce motion on it should also change the behavior when setting a wallpaper.

Except it actually doesn't play 100 different songs. After about a hour it plays the same ones again.

Snooze and off are two different things.

iTunes radio is a mixed bag for many including myself. Starring a song for the Beatles for example just makes it play that same Beatles song every once in a while. Instead of being smart and saying...hey he might like to hear a couple more Beatles songs here and there.

Also on my 5S and my iPad 4 the music app likes to crash the entire device back to the apple logo if the radio hasnt been used in a while. Regular music doesnt seem to crash. Adding a station also makes it crash regularly (7.0.4).

I think people arent noticing this either because they dont use iTunes radio or they just use it for a short time. But for anyone using it for hours at a time, going away, then coming back makes it crash. Restoring, setting up as new does nothing. Its Apples problem to fix.

Well chuffed about the option to have a darker keypad! Whenever I download an App and it asks me to input a password, it has the dark keypad and I've always thought to myself, woah, that's nice, wish it was like that everywhere.

They read my mind.

I really hope they don't pull out of this feature when it's released. Is that something that happens sometimes?

When will IOS7.1 be released? I'm desperate for the dark keypad.

Yea I just double checked. While the albums aren't collapsed, they do start from newest to oldest by date. I believe it used to be oldest first.

So the albums are still not collapsed? God damn it, Apple.

Sorting them in reverse chronological order doesn't make the situation much better.
Does the app respect album boundaries? If it still doesn't, this change will cause the app to automatically play an older album after a newer one has finished

Mid December to early January.

I see. Man, I wish I could have it now, purely for the dark keypad.

Can someone test this for me:

With the standard keypad in messages, if you scroll the speech bubbles down, you can see them through the keypad. Is this the same with the dark keypad or is it completely solid?

It would be nice if you could see through it a little, still. A bit like the "search" keypad when flicking downwards on the home screen.

Darken Colors

Well that's fine for some ppl for some things, but we need more transparency, less blur with certain things, like volume/function square that completely blocks whatever you are doing, and the dock and.... Ugh. This needs fixed, I keep sending my suggestion (as bug and ease of use issues) to apple!

I can confirm that even with the dark keyboard, the keyboard in messages is very transparent and you can easily see the text bubbles through it as you scroll them up/down.

Great. I hope it stays this way.

How easy/difficult is it to download the beta?
