Anyone else feel like it may come today, but don't want to feel disappointed in case it doesn't? Lol

If it doesn't come today, I will stop caring. Probably sell my iPhone and iPad. And go live in the forest without electricity.

Nothing special. A lot of things are worse, like the new call screens.

The only TWO things I like about it;

  1. Faster Animations
  2. They added the Shuffle feature back in the Music App for Genre's

3. No lag.
4. Faster Safari.
5. No lime green icons.
6. Great spring effect on Control Center.

and so on, and so on...

Yeah. Using all the betas up to 5, I think the most important changes are the ones that you can't actually see. There are so many under the hood improvements and polish in this release. It's great, and you'll notice the difference right away.

Well it says any day now. Is the app released a week before the festival every time?

That's true. I got carried away but this guy, apparently, is never wrong.

And... according by the post, "Apple is going to stream the performances to iOS devices using an app, but I’ve heard from a little birdie that the app requires iOS 7.1".

After doing a little bit of research, it looks like Apple released last year's iTunes Festival app about a week before it started (released on August 20 and the concert began September 1).

And the button shapes option (i like that one too with bold turned on)

And as stated all the under the hood changes that you cant "see"

Just as a heads up, both iOS 5.1 and 6.1 were released around 1:25 PM, so don't lose hope if there's nothing at exactly 1:00 PM. Lol

Slightly off topic but if I remember correctly from iOS 7 betas you cannot go from beta 5 to official 7.1, correct? I just downgraded to 7.0.6 incase.

If that's confusing...

You can't be on 7.1 b5 then OTA to 7.1 official

You must be on 7.0.6 to OTA to 7.1

Please correct me if i'm wrong :)
