has anyone tried like.. changing the wallpaper, and then you suddenly realized you want the fullpicture of the wallpaper but then, you cannot fully minimize it anymore?

Yes, the resize function for wallpapers seems to be broken. And it zooms in on your image too much when setting a wallpaper.

Have you tried to first turn on Reduce Motion in Accessibility settings under General (basically turning off parallax) to see if that would work around that issue?

Yes. It doesn't work. I found a few other ppl with that issue. Go ahead and try it. If you put a wallpaper of a person, object etc. You will see it zoomed in too much. I know there are others with the same issue as me.

Do you have a screenshot?

Sure,

Has anyone noticed App Store is much more responsive? Loads pages MUCH quicker. Before, it us to loaf icons for apps as I scrolled to hem but now it seems like everything I click on is immediately ready.

I tested (not so scientifically) after closing all apps and restarting my iPhone 5 32 GB with VZW LTE ~10 Mbps and Verizon FiOS ~58 Mbpps. Both times the experience with the App Store was the same: quick load times of all pages. I made sure to load lists I wouldn't regularly select. I did experience 1 minor issue with the 'New to the App Store?' list:

Camera roll is not a skeuomorphism since it doesn`t look like this :D: [...]

I wonder how many young people have ever seen a (photocamera) camera roll in their lives... (I'm getting old!)

(but you're right, this is no skeuomorphism.. what would you call this 'written-down' version?)

There is a new personal hotspot notification for the lock screen... The status bar turns blue. I wish they do that for the home screen too... That Double bar is soooo annoying... And it interrupts all other apps...

Maybe this can solve that?

You're not suggesting a shortcut to the phone app? Surely this would be passcode protected otherwise it's a security risk. Might as well unlock and launch the phone app from the home screen.

That's a neat Idea actually. People should be able to atleast call the favourites without unlocking. Because just imagine God Forbid you were to meet with an accident then someone could atleast call your immediate family without requiring the passcode. They should not be able to see the contact details of the favourites. Just be able to call them. Can someone put this as a feedback to apple?

Then must be ability to call emergency, but not favourites.
