slightly? releasing 2 new phones instead of 1, total overhaul to iOS, (which runs on more devices now...iPhones/iPads/iPad mini/iPod touches), plus more integration w/OS X, is not slightly different. ...(if you want to argue it's not a total overhaul...even Apple says it's the biggest change since the iPhone (1st gen)).
I think so, too. Beta 5 was released on a Tuesday, and the big iPhone event is on a Tuesday. Maybe a coincidence, or maybe they're on a Tuesday schedule now. We'll see tomorrow.
Clearly they are simply on beta-update-day schedule--whenever Apple's decides it's beta-update-day they release a new beta update.
You're acting like Apple has a group of 5 people working on everything at once. Apple is a fairly large company and they have multiple teams working on various things.
You've only mentioned three things. iOS 7 isn't integrated any more than Mountain Lion is and the two new phones have already been designed (they're well into production at this point, obviously).

Man, what is the deal with the dock? I do not want a solid color related to my wallpaper covering that much of the screen. It should just be the icons. This really makes no sense.
This better be changeable in the final release.
Also, don't like only 9 apps viewable in groups. There's obviously space for more, so why do they need to be on a different slate?

You know what I've realized.
Apple gets things wrong sometimes.
Last year iOS 6 was said to release in the "Fall" but in reality it was released in the summer (September 19th 2012). Fall didnt officially begin until later that week.
This year iOS 7 may be released before Fall which begins September 22nd.
Then why doesnt Apple just say "Late Summer 2013" instead of "Fall" when it really isnt released in the Fall.
Idk I just wanted to mention this cause it bothers me somewhat xD

Because, unofficially, most people consider Fall as Sep-Nov, winter as Dec-Feb, spring as Mar-May and summer as Jul-Aug.
It's generally by calendar/colloquial definitions of seasons rather than technical/scientific ones.
Also, in case they're behind schedule for releasing anything no one can complain since they *technically* said fall...
I reckon Benji888 was referring to OS X Mavericks when he pointed at the new integration between OS X and iOS 7.. not Mountain Lion.
I think it's most likely due to WhatsApp adding Voice Clips... It'll be in the way it's activating the Voice Clip and audio connection thats shutting the music out.
Tell WhatsApp directly (somehow), it's not an iOS7 bug (happened to me on iOS6)

I never used 'cover flow' before, unless you're commenting about audio display on the lock screen, which still works... In Music, the entire app has been changed.
As for porn, you're either ISP locked, Provider locked or going to the wrong sites.... cos I can watch it fine
