Because you can use whatever you want?

You can say the same about wallpapers, but it's always good to have some professional stock wallpaper or sounds. I'd rather not waste my time trying to find a couple new wallpapers/ringtones if Apple would just add a couple here and there with every release.

Among all this new things and improvement is there any new ringtone ? If I'm not mistaken there has been no new ringtone since the beginning of iPhone, I find it a bit boring !
any idea why ?

New ringtones (and some new wallpapers) could easily be added in GM.

Why do you think it would be "easy" to introduce new files at the last minute without them being tested? There's no history of this being done that way.

The reality is from a features perspective, we're done. All Apple is doing now is driving down the number of defects so that iOS 7 is as stable as possible before it hits the masses.

Not sure when this got introduced but when you geofence a reminder to alert you when you leave or arrive at a location, you can now adjust the area where it will trigger the alert.

New wallpaper and ringtones are just audio/ image files. There's no new code added so they don't need to be tested.

The iOS 6 GM added 4 new wallpapers.

The first one is no bug. If you have a full folder page, iOS creates a new, empty page in that folder so new apps fit in. You will only see this if the last page has 9 apps in it. As soon as you put an app in there, you will again see it.

Not to go off on a tangent - but that's not true at all. They introduced FaceTime (2010) and Siri (2011) among other things in the GM of those iOS versions that were not available in the Betas.

No, Siri did not get added in GM, neither did FaceTime. They got introduced in the final version with the iPhone 4S and iPhone 4 releases respectively.

Thanks but that wasn't my point. It's that they added features after the Betas - which they did with both my examples (The person I quoted said not to expect new features).

Did anyone notice that every single picture in camera roll is off centre?

Lol

Also there is a new delete animation in photos

I said not to expect new features and both Siri and FaceTime were new features and were tested in the betas.

Didn't remember that! I know they are just files but my strong and apparently incorrect sense was that Apple would still want to test in beta prior to going GM.

Anyways, glad to admit I was wrong and stand corrected!

Man, what is the deal with the dock? I do not want a solid color related to my wallpaper covering that much of the screen. It should just be the icons. This really makes no sense.

This better be changeable in the final release.

Also, don't like only 9 apps viewable in groups. There's obviously space for more, so why do they need to be on a different slate?
I agree, especially about the blur, they could just make that blurred bar transparent instead of blurred...at the very least, much less blur. I think the keynote demo in June had less blur.

I agree also about only 9 apps, there is room for more, why not 12, at least on 4" screens...this should be changeable.

I didn't want to start yet another new thread to ask a question and it is probably common knowledge, but are we to expect iOS 7 around the 17th of September? A week after the 10th which is apparently when the new iPhone is rumoured to be revealed? Apologies if I really should know this. :)

You said they were in the GM, as I had quoted you, they were not in the GM. These things don't count as they were not new features on previous released devices. If you wanted to have a valid point, you'd pick features that were available on the devices that were part of the beta for that version.

After one day on iOS7b6, I found this:
