I'm getting the message on the iPhone after the install. Double checked my UDID and everything is correct.
New Scan button in Passbook. Unfortunately, it doesn't do anything for some reason.
Anyone getting '"Were unable to complete your activation.

Same here. My phone is essentially useless. If I plug it back into iTunes I am getting the same message and NO iTunes functionality. Just a grey screen. So there is no way to go back to iOS 6. WTF?
If I don't like the beta or it's not working well, can i revert back to iOS 6.1.3?
Currently having that issue as well. If I can't get my phone activated by bed time i'll have to restore back to ios6 so i have a working phone for tomorrow.
For anyone that has a developer account and has their udid legitimately registered. I can confirm that holding update and shift instead of restore did the trick. It seems to be activated and working for me now. Again i was able to do it this way, but i do have a developer account. I don't know what will happen if you try this without one.

No, it would have to be 6.1.4 (assuming you're using an iPhone 5.)
Hold down home button and power button simultaneously until it restarts then connect to iTunes. See if that lets you restore to iOS 6.
when did you do this? There seems to be activation issues at the moment with the authentication servers....
