An actual changelog? Not release notes that mostly contain known issues and the like, rather than things that were changed from last beta to this beta.

Well no matter when the dev portal comes back up, be it now, or in a day or 2, it's going to be sudden surely?! lol. You're very negative.

I'm fairly confined beta 4 will be up tomorrow, but if not, it's not the end of the world........

If you look at the previous release of the betas, they have each come out one month before the current one expires. Beta 3 expires on August 29th, so going with what has happened so far I would say Beta 4 will be next week on the 29th.

Honestly I don't care when it will be out. When it's ready it'll be here. I was just pointing out something.

As was I, wasn't trying to be mean or anything, just passing along my thoughts on it. Although we all know apple doesn't stick to patterns very often lol.

They do on the most part. The numpty hacking the dev center means we will never know if beta 4 was actually meant to have come out yesterday or not. It's possible if it was, then it'll appear once dev center is back, or they could just push it and leave it til 29th so it still comes out on a Monday. In the past they have thrown random curveballs, like that Saturday release of a beta.

They only pushed the Saturday release because the beta was set to expire the next day

The issue I've been having recently is that an app downloaded, apparently failed to install or something, and is now permanently stuck as a "pending update" on the App Store. I can't make it redownload/reinstall, I can't delete it, it's just permanently greyed out with the "Waiting..." caption. The app is Vine, so it's not like it's been discontinued or anything. It just refuses to install and won't let me restart the process or use the app.

Did you power cycle the phone or do a hard reset?

Connect to iTunes, from the list of apps click "Remove". Sorted.

If you want to do this without iTunes, you can go to Settings/General/Usage and tapping on any app in that list should give you the option to delete it. Afterwards simply download the app again.

Check this out, just see how much the entire OS changes just because of a wallpaper change. Use the following on the lock screen and home screen to see for yourself. I'm gonna try to search for some other gradient wallpapers like this with maybe other colours

Apologies if this has been posted.

When I purchase music from iTunes it will not play for a few days. I see the song in my music but it has a generic album cover. I click to play the song and nothing happens. It is definitely downloaded. Then the next day, the album art appears but I still cannot play. Usually 2-3 days after I purchase the song it will play.

I have filed a bug report already but has this happened to anyone else?
