Well the Beta 5 release took me a little by surprise, I'll admit. I'm hoping as we approach GM the list of failing apps will get smaller due to OS stability (although some will require compatibility updates and many will have UI updates).
Anyway, following on from the previous threads, I've updated this post having checked all of my installed apps on iOS 7 Beta 5.
I'll also update it as other forum members confirm any changes from issues reported under Beta 4 on apps I don't have.
I'm using an iPhone 4S 64GB and the apps that I have personally noticed with problems so far, in alphabetical order, include:

Athlean-X - bizarrely it works if you turn airplane mode on. Once the app starts you can turn AP mode off again

BBC GoodFood - sometimes hangs / crashes
BBC iPlayer - Can't get any content to play, "This programme could not be played. Please try again later"
eBay - works on iPhone, but title text in listings is squashed and it's difficult to open multiple photos in listings. You have to double click the '1 of 3' box and it's not very sensitive. iPad version apparently crashing
iCarRadio - won't connect to stations, comes up with Internal Server Errror
iMediaShare - hangs on startup
Spinner Free - hangs at completion of a level
Tap Tap Tour - crashes regularly
TED - GUI now fixed, but videos are only audio with a blank screen
Twitter - works but have to hold down bottom menu buttons to access
Wild West Pinball - works fine until you get a high score and the keyboard doesn't appear to enter name
YouTube - seems to work except for the "share" options. When clicked, nothing happens.

Google+ - working now, but notifications are buggy. You only see faces but not the notification text, almost like black font on black background. You know it's there, but you can't see it.

VSCO - Camera issues and all filters and edits previously applied to photos in the VSCO Library are lost
The Weather Channel - Hangs upon launch on iPhone 5 / iPad (now working iPhone 4)
Web Albums HD - hangs whilst "Adding Items to Queue"
Weight Watchers - glitch with food quantity tracker
WhatsApp - After typing a few messages back and forth the text box disappears from view. To get it back, tap anywhere on the screen to lower the keyboard, then tap the message box again
Wordament - crashes on startup
Worldmate - crashes on startup
Yahoo Sports - freezes once you start it up, but the notifications work
Zillow - Hangs upon launch
