iPhone 5 running iOS 7.0.4 is a bad idea. Battery draining seems to always happen. Hope the beta fixes this.

I just got a shutdown at 33% battery after making 4-5 photos with flash

after 3-4 minutes worked to turn it on and the battery was at 31% and I have used it after that about 4h (no photos)

wtf apple??

This happens. Search the apple support forums - there are long threads on this very topic - especially with camera shutting down the phone. Always started with ios7, and can be fixed by a new battery. I recommend just replacing the battery.

As of my serial number the phone is 11 months old and I have to change the battery already wtf? I don't think so

Since it's still under warranty take it to Apple and see what they can do.

At least yours is covered under warranty. Whatever caused it, swapping out the battery fixes it. Maybe it's an ios7 glitch that only affects some batteries. Maybe something happened to your battery. Swap it, get a battery with zero cycles for free.
